Core Values
Our core values express who we are, how we grow, and how we live as followers of Jesus. Rooted in Scripture and empowered by the Holy Spirit, they shape our identity, guide our discipleship, inspire us to advance God’s Kingdom, and lead us to serve others with love, honor, generosity, and faith. We believe God is good, His presence transforms lives, His gifts remain active, and nothing is impossible when we partner with Him. These values influence everything we do as we seek to reveal the goodness, love, and power of Jesus to our community and beyond.
1. Identity
God is Good
God’s nature is completely good, and Jesus is the clearest revelation of the Father. His goodness leads people to repentance, gives believers hope, and assures us that evil, sickness, and destruction do not originate in Him.
Salvation Creates Joyful Identity
Through salvation, believers become new creations and are adopted as God’s sons and daughters. Their identity is no longer defined by sin, shame, condemnation, or the past, but by Christ’s righteousness, victory, freedom, and purpose.
Responsive to Grace
God’s grace is both undeserved love and transforming power. Grace does not excuse sin; it empowers believers to overcome sin, grow in maturity, live righteously, and cooperate with the Holy Spirit in becoming more like Jesus.
2. Discipleship
Focused on His Presence
Believers are created to live in fellowship with God and host the presence of the Holy Spirit. His presence transforms us, fills us with joy and peace, and empowers us to influence the world. Spiritual experiences must be tested with biblical discernment and should never become a measure of maturity.
Creating Healthy Families
Through Christ, believers are adopted into God’s family and called to build healthy, committed relationships. Christian community should be marked by love, trust, forgiveness, restoration, mutual responsibility, healthy boundaries, and the expression of every believer’s gifts.
God’s Word Transforms
The Bible is the authoritative and infallible standard for truth. Scripture is interpreted through the person and redemptive work of Jesus, with the help of the Holy Spirit and mature Christian community. God’s Word transforms people as they hear, believe, and obey it.
3. Kingdom
God Is Still Speaking
God continues to communicate with His people through the Holy Spirit. Believers are encouraged to desire prophecy for strengthening, encouragement, and comfort. Every prophetic word must be delivered humbly and tested by Scripture, spiritual discernment, and accountable community.
Jesus Empowers Supernatural Ministry
The gifts and power of the Holy Spirit remain active today. Believers are empowered to pray for healing, deliverance, miracles, signs, and wonders. Supernatural ministry must flow from love, point people to Jesus, and never be treated as proof of personal importance or spiritual superiority.
His Kingdom Is Advancing
Jesus has defeated the powers of darkness, and His Kingdom continues to advance. Believers partner with God through both practical service and supernatural ministry to bring salvation, justice, mercy, restoration, and godly influence into every part of society.
4. Service
Free and Responsible
Christ sets believers free from sin, fear, death, and shame. Christian freedom is not self-centered; it carries responsibility. Believers cooperate with the Holy Spirit, practice self-control, develop godly character, serve others, and accept responsibility for their decisions.
Honor Affirms Value
Every person has value because each one is created in God’s image. Honor means treating people with respect, recognizing their God-given identity, and making room for their gifts. Honor does not eliminate correction, boundaries, accountability, or appropriate discipline.
Generous Like My Father
God is generous, and His people reflect His nature by generously giving their time, love, abilities, resources, and finances. Generosity should be joyful, responsible, Spirit-led, and motivated by love—not guilt, manipulation, recognition, or personal gain.
Hope in a Glorious Church
The Church is the bride of Christ and will fulfill the Great Commission. Believers should love, serve, strengthen, and equip the Church while working for transformation in individuals, families, communities, and nations. The Church lives with hope, prepares future generations, and remains faithful until Christ returns.
